What are domestic shipping times?
All orders are shipped from Toronto, Canada. Shipping throughout Canada is estimated around 2-3 business days. Shipping is $15.00 flat rate and free for orders $300 and over. Tracking numbers will be provided.

What are international shipment times?
Shipping to the United States ranges between 5-8 business days. Shipping to international destinations ranges between 4-10 business days. Tracking numbers will be provided.

Where do you ship?
hanickou currently ships to Canada, United States, Europe (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia), and the United Kingdom (England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales). Where are your items manufactured?
hanickou's FW26 collection "You've Grown up so Fast" is the undergraduate work of Hannah Sum. All pieces were designed, drafted, and sewn by Hannah in Toronto, Canada. 

Will you be releasing more sizes?
The pieces offered on our site are 1 of 1 garments as part of hanickou FW26 "You've Grown up so Fast". The garments were constructed in "sample sizes" which equate to approximately a women's size small. If there is significant interest in the collection there is the possibility for an extended size range to be produced. However, as of now only size small is offered in these 1 of 1 pieces.
